When is the last day to book my room?
April 10, 2025 is the last day to book your room at the discounted group booking rate. This is also when room payment is due.

After you reserve your room through Forever in the Sand, you can add transportation to your reservation.

Is the venue outside? What happens if weather is bad?
The Ventanas Terrace at Wyndham Alltra Cancun is a private venue located outside. In case rain/high winds are forecasted for the time of the event, we may switch the event to an indoor venue.
